taken at our park and are intended for guidance only. Layout plans are for illustrative
purposes only.

You will need to pack up and depart your pitch by 10am on the day of departure.
Great
family holidays
Yarwell Mill and its facilities are intended for family holidays.
We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people under the
age of 18. Other parties of young people are accepted only at the Company’s discretion.
Please note that if you look younger than 21, you may be asked to prove you are over

Special requirements
If you have any special requests regarding your touring holiday
please call our Reservations Team on 01780782344 and advise us when making your booking.
Please confirm your request in writing either by post or email. Please include a
phone number in case of any query. It is possible to reserve a specific pitch over
the telephone, however all such requests must be confirmed in writing by post or
email. We will endeavour to meet your requests, however this cannot be guaranteed
and is not a condition of booking.
Guests with disabilities
We are happy to provide
as much advice and information as possible to people with disabilities who wish to
holiday at our Park. It is important that you talk to us before making the bookings
as, for example, not all pitches are suitable for guests with disabilities and wheelchair
access may be limited. All requirements must be confirmed in writing by post or email.
Special requests cannot be made a condition of your booking as they are always subject
to availability.
Dogs and other Pets
Most dogs are welcome on our Park, with a maximum
of 2 animals per pitch. Other pets are permitted at the discretion of the park warden.
The
charge per dog is £1.50 per night. Please contact the Park direct to discuss charges
prior to making the booking.
Dogs must always wear a collar and identity tag and be
kept on a lead under the control of a responsible adult at all times. They must not
be left in a tent, tourer or motorhome unattended. Dogs and pets are not allowed
in facility buildings. These restrictions do not apply to guide dogs. We reserve
the right to require the owner of any dog or other pet to remove it from the Park
if we consider it a nuisance or to be interfering with the general comfort of the
guests.
Certain types of dog are not allowed on Yarwell Mill, in order to maintain
the safety and well being of all our guests. These include, but are not restricted
to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa. Please contact
the Park prior to booking to confirm that your breed of dog can be accepted.
Children
Children
remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times, as they do
at any of our facilities.
It is important that you always know where your children
are on the park.
It is particularly important that you make sure that your children
understand that they should always obey the instructions of the Wardens, so that
the possibility of accidents can be reduced.
Your Holiday Environment
Our Park is
situated in rural locations, and an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, It is advisable
to acquaint yourselves with your holiday environment as soon as you arrive. Walking
over grassy and often undulating ground, or through wooded parkland may also be unfamiliar,
and contain aspects of wildlife such as rabbit holes that you and your children need
to avoid.
Local Authority planning constraints, that help to preserve the rural nature of the
Parks, also limits the amount of street lighting that can be provided for the same
reason. It is also intentionally reduced to assist children to sleep at night.
So please take care when walking around the Park and remember that you are in an
unfamiliar environment, particularly at night. It is always advisable to carry a
pocket torch to assist you and to avoid any holiday accidents.
Please take care
Please
treat the property, facilities and accommodation at the Park with respect and care
so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage
to any facility please report it to reception immediately so that we can take appropriate
action.
Use of your touring pitch
Only those people listed on the Booking Confirmation
can occupy your pitch and use the facilities of the Park. If this legal requirement
is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with
no refund made. One tourer, motorhome or tent only is permitted per pitch measuring
6m x 6m. For larger units, please contact the Park. We cannot accept working vehicles
on site, this includes pickup trucks, vans and open back trucks.
Unreasonable behaviour
For
the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without
compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the Booking
or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests, or
our staff.
Infectious diseases
Infectious or contagious diseases could easily be passed
to other guests while on holiday. You must inform the wardens should you contract
any such illness while on holiday. In order to protect our guests and staff, anyone
found to have such a condition may be confined or requested to leave the Park. Please
note that in such circumstances we are unable to offer refunds.
Prices
We guarantee
that the price of your Holiday will be as agreed and shown on your Holiday Booking
confirmation. We reserve the right to withdraw or change prices at any time, and
increase prices where there is an increase in Value Added Tax or any other tax applicable
to your holiday. Please note that all prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the rate
of 17.5%. Please note brochure prices and charges are subject to change and may go
up or down in response to changing market pressures. Please note that all vehicles,
caravans, trailers or tents in which people sleep will be charged at the relevant
pitch price per night. Seasonal and long stay touring prices must be paid prior to
your arrival at the Park.
Availability of facilities
The operation of our park is subject to legislation and the guidelines laid down by the Health & Safety Executive and Local Authorities and their code of practise. We accordingly reserve the right to adjust our services in order to meet these standards.
We reserve the right to make such alterations in the above circumstances without
prior notice, and are unable to accept liability for the loss of an advertised facility,
or to pay compensation for any inconvenience caused.
Should changes occur, we will advise of these changes, where made prior to booking
and use reasonable endeavours to advise guests already booked of any changes made
thereafter.
